- Analyze business processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Develop and implement solutions using Microsoft Dynamics.
- Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes and systems.
- Conduct data analysis to support business decisions.
- Assist in the development and implementation of Power Apps solutions.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
- Ensure solutions meet business needs and requirements.
- 2 - 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Dynamics.
- Experience with Power Apps is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
