Your New Role
We have an opportunity to support a multi-year program to the Australian Defence Force working as a Business Analyst/ Business Process Analyst on our project.
- Define and document user problems, needs and/or enhancements opportunities.
- Capture and model current and planned business processes.
- Conduct user liaison for ICT activities including software development.
- Coordinate and manage engagements with relevant stakeholders, including support teams, end users, and other involved in business analyst activities.
- Provide feedback on areas for improvement within existing business processes, and support Organisational Change Management.
- Contribute to, improve, and enable delivery and escalation processes.
- Support Change Management activities and the transition of solutions into production and operational use.
- Develop plans, procedures, work instructions, manuals and other technical documentation for use by target staff.
About You and What You'll Bring
- Previous military knowledge or ADF working experience would be beneficial
- Requires expert knowledge of and ability to apply advanced technical principles, theories, and concepts.
- Organisational Change Management experience and ability to bring the customer along the change management journey.
- Business Process Mapping Experience and Understanding
- Strong presentation, engagement and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Self-motivated and driven to achieve deliverables and positive outcomes
- Proven strong collaboration skills and an ability to work proactively with technical staff, management, end users and other stakeholders to ensure that value is delivered to end users in a timely manner
- Experience with MS Visio, Nintex, Holocentric and SharePoint are all desirable
- Awareness of Power BI use.
Please note the successful candidate will be an Australian Citizen with an NV2 or higher Security Clearance.
