Obtaining important information from meetings held with several stakeholders and preparing useful reports

Coordination of cooperation between customers, technicians and management.

Allocate resources while maintaining cost effectiveness.

Ensure solutions meet the company's requests and expectations.

Perform user acceptance testing.

Project management, including project supervision, strategy formulation, and performance review.

Updating and implementing procedures and following up on their continuity.

Giving priority to initiatives according to companies' needs and requirements.

Act as a liaison between stakeholders and users.

Managing resources and priorities that conflict with them.
