Team
Our Gaming team is made up of hybrid-casual, casual and mid-core experts. Our 'Core' games team supports internal and external studios worldwide in creating, developing and launching new hit games, whilst our 'Live' games team focuses on delivering higher engagement on our existing and successful games.
Our Core games team is divided into Publishing, Partnership and Studios teams. With over seven billion downloads worldwide and a portfolio of more than 10 resilient hybrid games generating more than $20m per year, we are the largest and most successful hybrid publisher in the world.
Role
To succeed in this role, you will need to have a good passion for gaming.
Your role will be focused on two challenges: Work hand in hand with the Business Development Lead, and Publishing Associates/Managers and find the best hybrid-casual studios and developers in the market while staying current on industry trends and developments.
- Identify and qualify the best prospects worldwide and high-potential studios
- Qualify incoming leads
- Identify and share key data points in the market (including sales) on our main competitors
- Search for studios creatively and collect information on our prospects
- Monitor our test platform so that high-potential studios can join our coaching programme
- Carry out ad hoc strategic and quantitative analysis to formulate strategic recommendations concerning the allocation of resources to our portfolio of studios
- Participate in commercial calls with Publishing Managers to bring together attractive studios and negotiate the best contracts with them
- Coordinate with the Legal function until the signing of the contracts negotiated with the studios
- Help the Publishing Associates to find information for future prospects in specific territories
- You are a graduate of a top Level 1 business school (HEC, ESSEC, ESCP, EDHEC, EMLyon...).
- You have at least one experience in consulting, banking, private equity or venture capital
- You have a strong interest in the mobile games industry
- You have good organisational skills, pay close attention to detail and have strong problem-solving skills
- You're not afraid to constantly try new things to find the right information in the right place
- You have good verbal and communication skills
- You are fluent in English
- You are available for January 2025
