Responsible for gathering technical specifications so that the product can be developed
Translates conceptual customer requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner that is comprehensible to developers/project team.
Coordinate with Dev/Architecture effort and assess if the technical implementation meets the requirements input
Creating and "continually" prioritizing the product and system requirements
Creates process models, specifications, diagrams, and charts to provide direction to developers and/or the project team.
Act as primary intermediary between the Platform Product Manager and the development team throughout a project's life cycle.
Defining and balancing features, bugs, technical debt, and coordinating system level features
Support teams in achieving their timelines and deliverables
Assess if the product built satisfies customers' needs
3+ years of Business Analyst experience, including product discovery and requirements gathering, or a combination of education and experience
Ideally, 3+ years of experience in the energy industry (electricity, natural gas, utilities) or a combination of education and experience
Bachelor's degree
Azure DevOps (TFS)
Writing specifications using use cases particularly for software
Working to design and improve User Interface (UI) and User eXperience (UX) needs
