- Analyses understand and documents business processes in detail where required.
- Identifies and communicates technical infrastructure requirements.
- Experience in automation tools like Selenium etc.. is a plus.
- Design automated process solutions in accordance with standard design principles and conventions.
- Configures new automated processes and objects using core workflow principles that are efficient, well structured, maintainable, and easy to understand.
- Creates and maintains solution documentation.
- Ability to plan and monitor according to the needs of the project and the team.
- Mentors colleagues through the training and accreditation programs providing advice and guidance on best practice and development techniques
- Problem solves issues that arise in day to day running of automated processes and provides timely responses and solutions as required.
- Works within project planning constraints communicate any identified project risks and issues to the delivery/project manager accordingly and provide inputs to the change control process.
- Supports the Operational Teams during the UAT and rollout phases
- Insurance domain knowledge preferred
- 0-4 years of experience
- A desire to work collaboratively in an empowered, small, cross-functional team
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Positive attitude and strong inclination towards learning
- Good requirement gathering and elicitation skills.
- Motivated to work in insurance domain
