We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join our Solution Development team. Reporting into Product Operations Service Manager, you will be a bridge between requirements and technical solutions, ensuring that our software products deliver value to our clients.
What you'll do?
- Engage with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, ensuring a clear understanding of business needs and objectives;
- Conduct interviews, workshops, and document analysis to identify and document functional and non-functional requirements;
- Translate needs into user stories, use cases, process maps, and other documentation;
- Develop detailed documentation, including requirements, process maps, and workflow diagrams using tools like BPMN/UML if necessary;
- Create wireframes and prototypes using tools such as Balsamiq or Figma to visualize potential solutions if necessary;
- Collaborate with the development team to ensure requirements are understood and implemented;
- Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions;
- Use analytical skills to interpret data and provide insights for strategic decision-making.
What you'll bring?
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst in a software development environment;
- Experience with Agile and other software development life cycles (SDLC);
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field;
- Familiarity with requirements management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence) and wireframing/prototyping tools (e.g., Balsamiq, Figma or others);
- Analytical skills;
- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) or Agile methodologies (e.g., CSM, CSPO) will be considered as an advantage;
- Knowledge of process modelling techniques (BPMN, UML) will be considered as an advantage;
- Basic knowledge of relational databases and SQL is desirable.
