We are looking for passionate Business Analyst for Digital Assets in Banking to join our team and bring these innovative designs live.
Your key tasks
- Gather, analyze and document business and technical requirements
- Collaborate with the Architect to translate business requirements into functional and technical designs
- Define and document workflows for trading and settlement of digital assets, ensuring seamless integration with custody and blockchain systems
- Coordinate testing efforts, including UAT (User Acceptance Testing), to validate that the implemented solutions meet business expectations
- Assist in defining data models, business rules, and transaction logic related to the trading platform
- Ensure that all regulatory and compliance requirements are embedded in the technical solution, especially around digital asset custody, AML, and KYC.
- Facilitate communication between the development team and business stakeholders to ensure clear understanding and timely resolution of issues.
- Experience working in an agile environment and liaise with software development teams
- Good understanding of banking ideally in (transaction) banking space
- Basic knowledge about blockchain technology and digital assets
- 4+ years of professional experience in business analysis and requirements engineering
- Solid knowledge of modern front- and backend technologies
- Understanding of API functionality, system integrations, and how different platforms communicate
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Ability to understand complex requirements and describe them in a simple and structured way
- Ability to assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by ensuring that solutions meet the business requirements
- Understanding of test case creation, validating solutions, and ensuring that functionality aligns with expectations
- Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for liaising between business stakeholders and technical teams.
- Fluency in English
- Ability to analyze complex business problems, interpret data, and come up with effective solutions
