We are looking for a Software Requirements Analyst to help us make better products for our customers. You will be joining a team of professionals with extensive experience in creating financial software products.
We expect the analyst to:
- Work closely with customers, sales, and IT teams from the outlining of the product vision to the delivery of the ready product to the end users
- Capture, analyze, and document functional requirements from product stakeholders in the various types of documents: User Stories, SRS, etc.
- Help define the product vision and assist marketing with product positioning
- Support sales and operations team in pre-sale activities and evaluate the customer requests for product fit
- Clarify requirements for the needs of design, development, QA and support teams
- Support knowledge sharing inside the company, build expertise
- Prepare support and customer documentation
- Experience in IT Business and functional analysis of at least 3 years
- Experience with collecting and preparing requirements for back-end applications in various documents: User Stories, BDD-specifications, SRS, etc.
- Excellent data modelling and process description skills
- Exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- Fluent English - both verbal and written
- Excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with developers, QA and clients
- Financial or mathematical background will be a strong plus
- Experience with Confluence, Jira, SQL queries, scripting languages will be a plus
