We are looking for a Software Requirements Analyst/Functional Analyst/IT Business Analyst to help us make better products for our customers. You will be joining a team of professionals with extensive experience in creating financial software products.
We expect the analyst to:
- work closely with customers, sales, and IT teams from the outlining of the product vision to the delivery of the ready product to the end users
- capture, analyze, and document functional requirements from product stakeholders in the various types of documents: User Stories, SRS, etc.
- help define the product vision and assist marketing with product positioning
- support sales and operations team in pre-sale activities and evaluate the customer requests for product fit
- clarify requirements for the needs of design, development, QA and support teams
- support knowledge sharing inside the company, build expertise
- prepare support and customer documentation
- experience in IT Business and functional analysis of at least 3 years
- experience with collecting and preparing requirements for back-end applications in various documents: User Stories, BDD-specifications, SRS, etc.
- excellent data modelling and process description skills
- exceptional analytical abilities and problem-solving skills
- fluent English - both verbal and written
- excellent communication skills demonstrating a proactive approach at all levels with developers, QA, and clients
- financial or mathematical background will be a strong plus
- experience with Confluence, Jira, SQL queries, scripting languages will be a plus
