Business Analyst - CRM (Contractual)

The Role 

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst to play a pivotal role in the Business Change Management Workstream for our HubSpot CRM implementation project. Reporting directly to the Project Manager, this position is central to ensuring successful identification, documentation, and facilitation of business process and people-related changes resulting from the technology transformation. 

This role focuses on the detailed analysis of existing workflows, the design of future state processes, and the engagement of stakeholders to drive adoption and alignment with the new CRM system. 

Role Responsibilities 

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Inizio’s business units to map, document, and standardize sales processes and data workflows. 

• Partner with the Project Manager and Change Lead to prepare for and facilitate stakeholder workshops, focusing on the analysis and documentation of current (As-Is) business processes. 

• Work closely with the Project Manager and Change Lead to conduct stakeholder workshops aimed at sharing and refining the design of future (To-Be) business processes, ensuring alignment with CRM design principles and overarching business objectives. 

• Coordinate with business unit stakeholders to ensure that business and technical requirements emerging from the To-Be design are clearly defined and accurately translated into potential future system configurations or business workflows. 

• Contribute to the development and implementation of actionable change plans to support smooth adoption and transition. 

What You Bring to the Role 

• Proven experience in Business Analysis, with a focus on business process improvement and organizational change. 

• Expertise in mapping and redesigning business processes using industry-standard methodologies. 

• Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. 

• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. 

• Familiarity with CRM systems, especially HubSpot, is highly desirable but not essential. 

• Experience working in large, cross-functional project environments, preferably in change management or technology-driven initiatives. 

• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the ability to work in ambiguous situations. 

• A collaborative and flexible mindset, with a focus on driving outcomes and achieving alignment.
