Business Analyst

We are seeking a Business Analyst for a contract-to-hire role in Denver, CO.  At this time, there is a 50% onsite/in-building and 50% remote schedule each week due to social distacing requirements.  This role can sit in Downtown Denver or in the southern end of the Denver Tech Center.  

In this role, you will perform configuration and support of complex product offerings in an enterprise level product catalog. You must have the ability to work in a fast paced and evolving environment where initial requirements are vague and evolving. The ability to quickly learn the Catalog product, interpret requirements, and deliver complex configurations will be critical.

Primary responsibilities fall into the following categories:

• Create complex, multi-tier product, service, and resource entities following best practices and adhering to standards.

• Produce and present design documents and standards for catalog configuration including but not limited to, look and feel within the catalog and configuration standards

• Work closely with the Product Team to implement new products & processes and changes to existing products and processes

• Works closely with the product owner to determine if incoming requests are configuration or development work

• Provide end-user support and participate in the development and implementation of future enhancements and/or projects.

• Analyze, test, and document modeling integration within the catalog

• Debug data configuration issues

• Business Analyst experience within Information technology environments
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Experience in Product and Service catalog configuration or similar
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Working knowledge of protocols such as JSON/XML/XSLT/REST

This contract with option to hire will be a 50/50 schedule rotation of onsite/in-building and remote each week due to social distancing requirements.  This role can sit in Downtown Denver or in the southern end of the Denver Tech Center. Once safe to do so,  this role will work onsite Monday- Friday during normal business hours.
