You will be a key representative of IXT Core Solution to our existing and upcoming clients, handling communications between client business/IT users and our team of developers with a main focus on driving client success and adoption. You will clarify project scope and business specifications, coordinate internal technical resources, and assist the team in delivering high-quality project values on time.

Responsibilities and Duties
1. Pre-sale (30%)
- Collaborate with the BD/Partnership team to support pre-sale activities, including product demonstrations and presentations.
- Sign off on technical solutions tailored to the specific needs of potential clients.
- Participate in sales meetings and negotiations, providing technical expertise and insights to help close deals.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and inform sales strategies.
2. Business Analysis (30%)
- Conduct detailed business analysis to understand clients' insurance technology needs and challenges.
- Gather and document business requirements, workflows, and processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement solutions that meet client specifications.
- Analyze data and generate reports to support decision-making and strategic planning.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented solutions, recommending improvements as needed.
3. Client Success (40%):
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their satisfaction and success with our products and services.
- Provide ongoing support and training to clients to maximize their use of our technology solutions.
- Proactively identify and resolve client issues, escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Track and report on client success metrics, including usage, satisfaction, and retention rates.
- Handle reconciliation, invoice, payment collection.

Requirements
- Vietnamese, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience in business analysis, client success, or pre-sales roles, preferably in the insurance technology sector.
- Experience with SaaS/ PaaS solutions and insurance product knowledge.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, stakeholders, and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to seamlessly work using English with remote teams, including internal and external partners.
- Self-driven, looking for a challenge, and excited to make a difference.
