ABOUT THE POSITION
Business Analyst at BURGA is more than just a title - it’s a front-row seat to the evolution of a brand that’s taking the world by storm. You'll be at the heart of an extremely versatile and fast-paced environment, where new collections, campaigns, and product launches will keep you sharp and excited.
Your Role: be the driving force behind data-driven decision-making, turning complex numbers into actionable insights that fuel growth. You’ll develop financial models and collaborate with teams across the company to optimize performance. Whether it’s forecasting future opportunities or identifying efficiencies, your work will directly impact strategy and success.
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
- Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.
- Generate reports and dashboards to track business performance and provide actionable insights.
- Analyze financial and non-financial data to identify cost-saving opportunities and improve efficiency.
- Provide data-driven recommendations to support business growth and operational improvements.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Provide insights into operational efficiencies and process improvements.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR:
- At least 2 years in a similar role, preferably within a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
- Strong knowledge of financial analysis and reporting.
- Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VBA), data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker), and ERP systems.
- Strong skill in interpreting complex data, identifying trends, and providing actionable business insights.
- Proficiency in translating financial data into clear, concise reports.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
SALARY: 3200 - 3700 EUR/Month GROSS. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
