As a Business Analyst at Bilue, you’ll bridge the gap between stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring business needs are clearly understood and translated into actionable solutions. You’ll play a key role in gathering and documenting requirements, liaising with internal stakeholders to understand their needs and with third parties to gather and document information about integrations, ensuring all dependencies are identified and met. This role offers the opportunity to grow your skills while working on diverse projects in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements, identify gaps, and develop solutions aligned with business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope and objectives.
- Develop and maintain clear and detailed documentation, including user stories, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions.
- Support the development team during implementation by clarifying requirements and addressing questions.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and presentations with stakeholders to gather input and provide updates.
About You:
- Minimum 5+ years of Business Analyst experience, with a proven focus on mobile application products.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts and terms for a non-technical audience.
- Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including leadership.
- Well-developed analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented focus on documentation and requirements gathering.
- Proficiency in Confluence and Jira for documentation and project tracking.
- A collaborative mindset and experience working in Agile environments.
