- Work independently as a subject matter expert between external stakeholders, business partners, and internal stakeholders on complex projects.
- Identify and communicate business needs and translate them into business and technical requirements from which solutions can be implemented.
- Serve as a liaison between stakeholders and development teams to define requirements and suggest an implementation approach to meet user needs.
- Lead and or assist with project deliverables such as business and technical requirements, use cases, interface specifications, mock-ups, risk and issue logs, test plans, training plans, etc.
- Apply agile practices in the requirements lifecycle
- Provide development support and query resolution..
- Provide testing support and analysis for defect resolution.
- Work closely with the development testing team assist and development related queries and review end product.
- Work closely with product owners and users to determine the operational objectives of business needs and elicit requirements.
- Focus requirements gathering on improved usability user experience and driving user adoption and engagement identify core.
