Business Analyst

Reporting to: General Manager Operations CEEMENAT 

Objective

The Business Analyst will play a crucial role in supporting the leadership team by providing actionable insights that guide strategic business decisions. You will be responsible for researching, analyzing, and synthesizing information into clear, concise reports and dashboards that align with business goals. Your work will directly influence key decisions in operations, strategy, and market positioning. 

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Collaborate with the leadership team to identify business needs and translate them into clear research and analytical projects. 

  • Conduct business analysis, market research, and competitive analysis to support decision-making processes. 

  • Structure and manage cross-functional projects, ensuring timely delivery of actionable insights. 

  • Synthesize data from various sources to provide insights into market trends, operational performance, deals evaluation and strategic initiatives. 

  • Prepare user-friendly reports and presentations to communicate insights clearly to stakeholders. 

  • Collaborate with the central Business Intelligence team in France to align regional initiatives with global business intelligence strategies. 

  • Proactively design and develop new analytical tools, reports, and dashboards to support ongoing business objectives independetly or in collaboration with Central Business Intelligence team. 

  • Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are translated into effective data-driven solutions. 

Additional Responsibilities: 

  • Support business units in conducting thorough investigative research by gathering and verifying external market data. 

  • Analyze market trends, business performance, and operational data to draw implications for business strategy. 

  • Coordinate with the central Business Intelligence team to ensure alignment and consistency in reporting and analysis. 

  • Assist in the implementation and adoption of business intelligence tools and solutions across the region. 

  • Provide ad-hoc analysis and support for various business initiatives as needed. 

 

  • Degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or related fields. 

  • 1-2 years of relevant experience in business analysis, market research, or a similar role. 

  • Proven ability to synthesize and present complex information in a clear and concise manner. 

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence tools for creating reports and dashboards. 

  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills with an emphasis on providing strategic recommendations. 

  • Proficient in Excel and/or Google Sheets for data manipulation and reporting. 

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively across departments.
