As a Business Analyst at AYANA Hospitality, you will be a junior member of a team that will assist the financial and strategic direction of our company. In this multifaceted role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to various aspects of our business, with responsibilities including:
- Financial Projections and Analysis: You will create financial projections crucial for financing, business expansion, and exploring new business ventures. This includes conducting detailed analysis reports on industry trends, competitive landscapes, and target market insights.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: You will assist in the annual budgeting and forecasting process, contributing to strategic planning and identifying areas for financial and operational improvements.
- Special Projects: A key aspect of your role will involve participating in a range of special projects. These projects vary in duration and scope, ranging from short-term assignments of 1 month to more extensive engagements lasting up to 6 months. You will need to demonstrate flexibility and the ability to assume significant operational roles in these projects. Your involvement will be vital for the successful launch and execution of these initiatives, offering a chance to make impactful contributions and gain diverse experiences.
Requirements
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
- Up to 4 years of experience, fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
