Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in Anaplan to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working with Anaplan as an Analyst or Product Owner and possess robust experience collaborating with Finance teams. This role requires excellent problem-solving abilities, agile methodology proficiency, and exceptional communication skills to effectively understand and address customer needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Anaplan Model Building: Leverage Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 certification (Level 3 preferred) to build, optimize, and maintain complex Anaplan models.
- Requirements Gathering: Engage with stakeholders to gather and interpret user needs, translating them into detailed, actionable requirements.
- Documentation: Define, document, and validate business requirements, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
- Problem Solving: Identify and resolve issues quickly, taking initiative on multi-faceted projects and responsibilities.
- Agile Methodologies: Apply agile principles to manage project timelines and deliverables effectively.
- Collaboration: Act as a strong thought partner, collaborating with peers to develop innovative solutions.
- Communication: Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Customer Focus: Maintain a passion for understanding and addressing customer needs, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Project Management: Break down larger projects into manageable tasks, ensuring efficient and timely completion.
Requirements
- Education: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
- Experience:
- 5-7 years of professional experience, with at least 4 years of experience as an Anaplan Analyst or Product Owner.
- Significant experience working with Finance teams is highly preferred.
- Certifications: Anaplan Model Builder Level 2 (required); Level 3 (desired).
