WPP is on a global transformation journey, and this is an opportunity to join the Enterprise Data Group to support and enhance the roll out of Operational Insights and Reporting tools.

 

What you'll be doing:

The Business Analyst will be responsible for a variety of activities starting with gap analysis of source data to understanding and documenting business requirements & constraints and supporting the debugging and enhancement of existing activation's.

This role will report into Senior Director, Business Analysis & Design

  • Document data and functional requirements received from OpCos
  • Understand internal systems and operations and be SME or initial point of contact for business systems and data (SAP, PPM, Profiler, 10KFT, etc.)
  • Support activities around modeling and building reports & dashboards to support finance & operations reporting needs
  • Support activities around activation and implementation of core internal (team) tools like Smartsheet, Miro, etc.
  • Model/prototype custom reports/applications to support quick POCs
  • Streamline and manage ongoing maintenance activities for EDG systems, like license & user management and creation & assignment of user security groups

 

What you'll need:

  • Business Analysis: Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements
  • Data Analysis: Browse, process & analyze data sets, investigate and uncover data—related issues, look for patterns and insights in data
  • Process Management: Analyze, document, and manage ongoing processes
  • Collaboration & Negotiation: Work with other technical and data teams to get and share information and data
  • Presentation: Present analysis and findings to Exec-level audiences, set expectations, elicit direction and decisions
