Wavestone UK are seeking to hire a Business Advisory – Wealth and Asset Management Associate Partner.
Becoming part of the Business Advisory FS team will present new opportunities for you to make a positive impact as we embark on securing major international accounts to support our growth in international markets. This will mean working with our FTSE100 clients on a wide range of advisory projects, bringing deep business and technology expertise to help address opportunities and challenges across their organisations.
Your role as an Associate Partner with extensive experience working in the Wealth and Asset Management field means being a key player to lead and drive the development of the Financial Services practice in terms of:
Deep Industry Expertise and Experience: Proven deep expertise in the wealth and asset management sector, including knowledge of key industry players, products, processes, and systems.
Business Development: Play a key sales role, driving complex business proposals and contributing significantly to account development. Drive challenging deal wins and sales growth by expanding networks and mobilizing skilled stakeholders. Demonstrate cutting-edge expertise on a topic, being able to make a difference when selling, enrich value proposition, anticipate trends and clients’ needs.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level key clients in the investment and technology sector.
Engagement Leadership: Oversee our most complex client projects to deliver maximum value for the client. This is a critical part of how we sell at Wavestone – by demonstrating repeated excellence in delivery.
To be considered for this role:
Solid foundations in consulting skills with significant experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent roles within the wealth and asset management sector.
Proven track record of selling consulting services (account planning, pitching to clients, proposals, value proposition development).
Solid network of contacts within Financial Services.
Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching the wider consulting team.
Proven background leading Transformation Programmes and strong acumen enhancing advisory credibility.

Travel and Location
Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to commute to the office /client site, whenever necessary. Wavestone UK office is in the heart of the city of London.
Note: Mandatory 2-3 days per week in Wavestone office / client site during probation.
