We are now looking for a Business Administrator to join our Hyderabad based team.
As a Business Administrator you will play a critical role in supporting our sales teams by handling routine, repeatable administrative tasks, which are essential for maintain efficient sales operations.
What you will be doing
- Respond to inquiries and manage routine requests from the sales team.
- Conduct firmographic research to support Sales with relevant account information.
- Book standard deals and process account mappings for accurate record-keeping.
- Perform internal account compliance checks and maintain setup protocols.
- Verify and manage customer and partner accounts, including status checks and trial extensions to access our product.
- Process test product license bookings and enable accounts for product access.
- Support Sales with quote generation, contract renewals, and custom offers.
What we are looking for
- Administrative experience: previous experience in an administrative role
- System knowledge: experience using multiple systems to manage tasks - ideally these will include Salesforce
- Attention to Detail: Accuracy in data entry and adherence to process guidelines
- Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively
- Familiarity with Sales Tools: Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred.
- Strong Communication: Clear communicator, able to work well within a team and follow directions
- Problem-Solving Skills: Resourceful, with the ability to troubleshoot routine issues independently
