Our success is fueled by a team of nearly 900 dedicated team members who genuinely love what they do and are dedicated to helping homeowners thrive and love where they live.   Action is seeking a full time to join our 8899 Beverly Team in West Hollywood.   Compensation: $45.00 $50.00 Hourly plus benefits   What You’ll Do (Job Duties) The Building Engineer II oversees the maintenance and repairs of common areas within the Association, ensuring compliance with governing documents. They manage daily building operations, ensuring adherence to HOA policies and regulatory standards. Responsibilities include optimizing the performance of building systems like mechanical, electrical, fire safety, and HVAC, coordinating with external contractors, and planning preventative maintenance. Additionally, they collaborate with the General Manager on system improvements and modifications.     Who You Are (Skills/Experience) Minimum of 3 years of onsite high-rise or mid-rise building engineer experience, preferably in property management, hospitality, or commercial property management. Familiar with the Uniform Commercial Building Code HOA experience is a plus Hands-on electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and painting experience.
