Smart Building Services primary role is the deployment of data analytics systems and the management of the collected data. Leveraging analytics tools and industry experience MacDonald-Miller transforms data into digestible and actionable business intelligence for our customers. The Smart Building Analyst role acts as the primary facilitator of analysis and communication with existing and new customers.

We’re seeking a dynamic Building Controls Sales Manager to lead revenue growth, shape strategic direction, and drive the successful execution of sales initiatives for new construction, tenant improvement, and owner-direct projects. The ideal candidate brings a strong background in sales leadership, expertise in BAS and related fields such as smart building technologies, data analytics, and building energy performance initiatives, coupled with the ability to inspire and develop high-performing sales teams.
