Team, reporting and relationships:
This position reports to the Team Leader – Volume Operations (Australia based).
Responsibilities:
- Receive and process builder purchase orders, review construction plans, and provide marked-up plans for window furnishings to installers.
- Schedule site measurements and installations as requested through the builder call-up process.
- Prepare and submit order forms specific to each jobs requirements, making sure they go to the correct suppliers on time.
- Provide administrative support to Volume Operations team members
