Brunswick Creative seeks a talented and ambitious, highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our Creative team as a Summer Design Intern. The right candidate will be curious, driven, have a keen eye for design, and as a result will have a unique opportunity to work directly alongside world class creative talent. As a Design Intern, you will have the chance to contribute to the conceptualization, development, and execution of integrated creative campaigns and brand identities while gaining invaluable hands-on experience in an exciting professional services environment advising very senior clients on critical issues.
Key responsibilities for this role include:
• Collaborate with senior designers, art directors, and copywriters to brainstorm and develop innovative concepts that meet client objectives
• Assist in the creation of visual assets, including but not limited to, digital advertisements, social media content, print materials, and branding elements.
• Contribute to the production process by refining designs, preparing files for delivery, and ensuring consistency across various platforms and mediums.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, offering insights and creative input as needed.
• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to continually enhance creative output and deliver fresh ideas.
• Support the team with administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as required.
Qualifications:
• Currently enrolled in or soon graduating from a degree program in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• A keen eye for design aesthetics and a passion for creating visually engaging content that moves the needle for clients
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting
• Prior internship or relevant experience in design or advertising is a plus
