Entera is seeking an experienced professional to join our team and answer inbound calls regarding real estate transactions in both single-family disposition and acquisition processes. This role requires an active real estate license in one of the following states: TX, NC, SC, GA, AZ, FL, CO, TN

As an Inbound Call Coordinator, you will ensure world-class customer service experience for our clients and industry partners. Inbound Call Coordinators are crucial members of the brokerage services team and are responsible for helping to steward volumes of transactions across the finish line.

What You'll Do:

  • Field inbound calls coming into Entera's Brokerage and partner with the appropriate parties to resolve any client issues
  • Collaborate with and aid brokerage agents and stakeholders with the accurate, complete and timely execution of critical tasks and tracking of required documentation and data entry points
  • Review documents & listings for quality, accuracy, and compliance and escalate to the appropriate parties as needed
  • Facilitate interactions with vendors including scheduling, issue resolution and problem sovling 
  • Schedule and coordinate regional field team assignments, communicating with our field agents on issue resolution and solving problems
  • Collaborate with teammates to address both internal and external inquiries and requests 
  • Efficiently manage the resolution of issues throughout all stages of real estate evaluation, acquisition, and disposition processes

What you bring:

  • An active real estate license in one of the following states: TX, FL, GA, NC, SC, AZ, CO, TN
  • A minimum of 1 years of experience in admin or data entry position or recent graduate from an accredited real estate or similar degree program
  • A comfort with working in a fast-paced environment 
  • Experience with listing services, MLS (various states), Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)
  • The ability to organize and multi-task with strong attention to details
  • Tech-savvy-ness and a comfort in a tech-forward work environment 
  • Supernatural email, slack, and digital communication management skills
