JOB SUMMARY:
FlexTrade is looking for an experienced and motivated individual to be our Broker Relations and Service Manager. This role will be responsible for managing the service and onboarding process for our broker dealer partners. They will operate with a high degree of autonomy in a structure designed to support success.

This role will report to the Global Head of Broker Partnerships.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and manage the broker onboarding pipeline in Salesforce CRM
• Maintain and develop relationships with our contacts in the broker dealer community.
• Serve as the front line in responding to and managing broker inquiries and requests for support during the onboarding process and beyond.
• Manage the commercial contract creation and distribution for our broker community and diligently follow up as needed to close out agreements.
• Coordinate and engage in commercial discussions with our broker partners when needed.
• Work with the client account management team to understand the needs and priorities of their clients in relation to their broker partners to improve our service.
• Champion the FlexTrade value proposition to brokers and look for ways to gain further adoption and value from FlexTrade.
• Gain a deep understanding of FlexTrade Buy Side offering and the demands coming from within the Client Services group
