About the challenge
Are you an analytical thinker who can turn on the charm to influence people? Do you enjoy the thrill of the chase when it comes to pursuing warm leads and ultimately closing big deals? Then you may be the person we're looking for!
As a Broker Partnership Specialist, your goal is to build a high-performing network of property agent offices, with Lamudi as a preferred partner for them to sell properties with, using best-in-class technology to do so. You will do this by acquiring and maintaining your network of property agent offices.
What a day at work for you will look like:
- You will build and maintain strong relationships with Property Agencies (PA) Office partner to maximize total sales revenue per offices
- You will create, prepare, present and pitch through decks to onboard Property Agencies (PA) office partner with Lamudi
- You will need to get a good grip in multiple exclusive projects to be informed to the Property Agencies (PA) office
- You will need to be able to transfer knowledge through training activities
- You will be hands on and be able to become a deal closer for sales activities in the field (mostly in weekends)
- You will be a good problem solver for hard complaints from Property Agencies (PA) office partner
- You will execute and manage account of Property Agencies (PA) office to maximize the engagement and revenue generation

- Mature, ambitious and self-driven: Leads by example, brings the fire to work every single day, and able to face problems
- Bachelor’s degree (any major) in reputable universities
- Experience in Business Development B2B, Account Management or Sales for min. 2 years
- Strong flexibility of work hours if there is a task that needs to be done in the evening or weekends
Our selection procedure in a nutshell
The position reports to AVP of Direct Sales. During the interview process you will meet him/her, as well as a few business stakeholders and Management Team members.
