Wolf & Badger is on a mission to make retail fair. Working to support our community of 2000+ independent designers from around the globe, we connect customers with ethically sourced fashion, design, home and beauty through our online marketplace and flagship stores in London, New York City and Los Angeles.
We are looking for a self-motivated and highly organised partnerships/account management professional to bolster our abilities to find brands for our platform.
This contract is ideal for someone who has a keen eye for finding interesting fashion and lifestyle brands, is self-motivated and is looking for a flexible side hustle. The contract is for 2 months starting in October and for 12 hours per week.
What you'll do
- Be on the front line of finding the next wave of incredible brands to join Wolf & Badger
- Research relevant brand prospects using numerous sources including reviewing competitive platforms, Instagram, trade show lists, fashion and design publications, and the like
- Meet quantity and quality targets for new brand leads and ensure their data is accurately captured in our systems.
Requirements
- A keen eye for aesthetics. Able to quickly identify suitable brands that would suit the Wolf & Badger platform.
- Self-motivated, highly organised and persistent to deliver the required quantity and quality of leads.
- Quick and accurate at data entry. Detail oriented.
- Interested in fashion/design/beauty brands and ethical/sustainable practices.
- Effective at researching and thinking outside of the box to discover amazing brands.
- Able to commit 12hrs per week for a 2 month period starting in October.
- Tech savvy with office software skills and competent at searching the internet and social media platforms.
- Happy to proceed on a freelance 2 month contract.
- Reliable communicator who is happy to participate in training sessions and check-ins with our internal team within contracted hours.
Terms
- Fees paid at £13.15 per hour with a weekly commitment of 12 hours per week.
- Loan of equipment (laptop) if needed.
- Flexibility over when you complete your weekly hours provided you meet the requirements for communications, training, check-ins (expected 1 - 2 hours per week max beyond onboarding) and regularly meet targets.
- This is a fully remote contract open to freelancers based in the UK.
