Position Overview
We are looking for a Branding Attraction and Engagement Specialist to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in shaping and elevating our brand presence in the tech industry while driving engagement internally within the company. The ideal candidate is someone with a passion for, brand strategy, social media, community engagement and project coordination. Someone who can work cross-functionally to ensure brand consistency and audience growth. Also a people-person who is able to engage well with stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities

Brand Strategy Development:
Develop and implement comprehensive branding strategies to enhance the company's identity and market presence. Ensure that all branding efforts align with the company's vision and values.

Content Creation and Campaign Management:
Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling content (digital, social media, and offline) that resonates with target audiences. Manage campaigns from ideation to execution and post-campaign analysis.

Community Engagement:
Build and foster relationships with customers, partners, and influencers through both digital platforms and offline events. Create meaningful engagement strategies to grow and nurture our audience base.

Social Media Management:
Oversee the brand’s social media presence, ensuring content is consistent with brand guidelines and strategies. Develop strategies for audience growth, engagement, and retention across key platforms.

Market Research and Trends Analysis:
Conduct market research to keep abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use data-driven insights to improve brand positioning and engagement tactics.

Employee Engagement Programs:
Develop, implement, and manage employee engagement initiatives, such as team-building activities, wellness programs, recognition programs, and social events. Gather feedback through surveys, focus groups, or one-on-one sessions to assess employee satisfaction and identify areas for improvement.

Event Coordination:
Assist in the planning and execution of brand-related events (online and offline) aimed at increasing brand visibility and engagement.

Internal Branding and Employee Advocacy:
Collaborate with the marketing or branding team to promote internal campaigns that highlight the company’s values, mission, and vision. Encourage employees to be advocates for the company by sharing positive experiences on external platforms like social media (where appropriate).

Internal Communication:
Manage and execute internal communication strategies to ensure all employees are informed about company news, updates, and initiatives. Collaborate with different departments to streamline communication channels and ensure a consistent message across the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in HR, branding, marketing, or communications roles.
- Proven track record of managing successful branding and engagement initiatives.
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and engagement strategies.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to think creatively and analytically to solve problems and identify new opportunities.
- Strong project management and organizational skills.
