Brand Operations Specialist

As part of Noura’s original vision to empower women to invest in themselves, the brand launched the Empowerment Fund to support underrepresented women and non-binary individuals with the tools to empower themselves. Mejuri continues to reach new customers through exciting community initiatives and expansion into international markets, such as the UK, Australia and Germany.
 
We are a team of retailers, creatives, technologists and strategists, and we are looking for someone special to join our team.

This role supports the execution of brand creative initiatives and ensures the smooth operation of BAU campaigns. This role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain brand consistency and optimize operational processes

What you'll do

Operational Support:: 

  • Assist in managing the brand budget, tracking expenditures and ensuring adherence to financial guidelines
  • Oversee the scheduling and organization of brand meetings and presentations

Project Oversight: : 

  • Support project milestones and communicate updates to stakeholders
  • Primary owner of all BAU projects from start to finish 

Resource Management: 

  • Support team casting for all creative projects, with a focus on internal resources  

Reporting and Analysis: 

  • Track and report on project performance, including key metrics and KPI’s in partnership with integrated marketing team
  • Ensure weekly clean up of PM software for all project work on Monday.com

Cross-Functional Collaboration: 

  • Serve as the key point of contact on project work across stakeholders. 
  • Ensure clear communication, and provide bespoke problem solving to ensure day to day clarity for working team 
  • Manage priorities from multiple stakeholders

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Successfully improves flow of work on creative workstreams 
  • Builds strong relationship and trust within the brand team + cross functionally
  • Improve team efficiency Improve overall creative outputs 

What you'll bring to the team

  • Proven experience in project management, ideally within a creative or brand-focused team, with responsibility for budget tracking and adherence to financial guidelines
  • Familiarity with the creative development process and working knowledge of production timelines, with experience supporting creative and brand execution in cross-functional settings.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships across functions (e.g., marketing, product, etc), ensuring alignment and clarity in project work-streams
  • Exceptional attention to detail in managing both creative assets and operational tasks, with a proven ability to adapt quickly to shifting project needs.
  • A strong interest in the fashion/ lifestyle space

At Mejuri we embrace a hybrid working environment and support our corporate employees to be successful whether they are at home or in the office. The primary purpose of our offices is to drive collaboration and deepen relationships with one another. This position requires in office work 3 days a week and remote work 2 days a week.
