Our client is a start-up e-commerce fashion & apparel company with business presence across APAC. They are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager to join their headquarter team and this person will plays a crucial role in setting the brand tone and set up brand strategy, advertising, public relations, consumer engagement, and partnerships
What You Will Do
- Supervise the execution of Brand Marketing at the headquarters, implementing initiatives that drive market expansion and growth.
- Ensure strategic alignment with regional activities and effective local execution.
- Lead and inspire the team in developing and sharing hyper-local insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product, sales, and creative, to ensure cohesive brand messaging.
- Facilitate new market growth and expansion, successful new store openings, pop-up events, and innovative campaigns.
- Assess and measure the impact of local strategies and responsive actions to validate the effectiveness of local marketing efforts.
- Deliver key business outcomes in stores and online, with a strong emphasis on conversion.
What You Will Need
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing, preferably within a similar industry.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful brand marketing campaigns.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and brand building.
