THE ROLE
Imagine launching your own brand with the support of a powerhouse e-commerce team, turning your entrepreneurial vision into reality. As the Brand Manager, you'll have the resources, expertise, and a share of the success, making every victory a collective celebration.
You’ll refine the product journey by leveraging customer insights to boost satisfaction, loyalty, and manage churn rates. At the same time, you’ll have the creative freedom to introduce products that align with the brand’s values, strategically increasing AOV to deliver maximum impact.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Cross-Functional Strategy Development: Collaborate with teams to create and execute strategies that enhance the brand’s online presence and drive sales growth.
Digital Marketing Campaigns: Oversee the execution of digital marketing efforts, including email, social media, influencer collaborations, and online ads to capture customer attention and drive engagement.
Market Research & Growth: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and optimize strategies for better results.
Customer Experience Optimization: Work with teams to design a seamless customer experience and enhance satisfaction through data-driven improvements.
Data Analysis & Performance Tracking: Use tools like Shopify and Google Analytics to analyze website performance and customer behavior, identifying areas for optimization.
Creative Content Collaboration: Partner with the creative team to develop engaging content that reflects the brand’s identity and connects with target audiences.
Campaign Monitoring & Decision-Making: Track campaign performance using key metrics and optimize strategies based on data insights.
E-Commerce Trends & Innovation: Stay updated on e-commerce trends and integrate new innovations into marketing strategies.
Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners, ensuring successful collaborations and outcomes.
