Who You Are:

As a Brand Manager of Beverage Innovation will be responsible to initiate & champion innovation ideas through the stage gate process. You will lead cross functional teams from development to commercialization of new products, while having a consumer first mindset that is rooted in category data and consumer insights. 

This role is eligible to participate in our Management Bonus Plan.             

What You're Good At:

  • Leading cross-functional project teams (product development, project management, operations, commercial and brand) to commercialize new products across Nutrabolt’s portfolio of beverage brands
  • Developing strong working relationships with key cross functional partners including product development, PMO and commercial teams to effectively manage multiple new product initiatives. Has the ability to effectively influence cross functional partners in project alignment
  • Working closely with consumer & category insights to ensure all innovation is rooted in insight and data
  • Translating analysis on the business, category & consumer insights into recommendations and identification of opportunities
  • Managing projects with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from initiation to launch
  • Packaging graphic development, including writing briefs and managing creative agency partners
  • Working with P&Ls to ensure innovation ideas financially deliver profitable growth
  • Preparing and presenting bi-weekly stage gate project updates of key projects 
  • In this role your goals and KPIs will be focused around:
    • Execution of product launch plans (# of launches and on-time execution)
    • Sales of launches innovation products
    • Brand awareness and share

What You Contribute: 

  • 5+ years of relevant brand marketing, product management, and/or innovation experience background in Consumer Goods (CPG) strongly preferred, experience with beverage and DSD network a plus but not required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred 
  • Experience leading projects through a stage gate process
  • Strong analytical foundation with solid understanding of business fundamentals
  • Ability to identify and evaluate key business issues and drivers. Experience successfully interpreting data and trends into actionable insights that grow the business
  • Experience with syndicated data (IRI/Nielsen)
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Self-starter that can effectively manage time with little to no supervision 
  • Ability to build strong internal/external relationships
