As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for the communication & content strategy of JobTeaser in Europe with a strong focus in France and Germany.
The challenge? Boost the visibility of JobTeaser to better establish the brand in the market and accelerate its growth by generating interest from companies and higher education institutions!
In 2023, we launched the Gen Z Lab, our observatory dedicated to analyzing young generations. Our studies are regularly cited as references, and we aim to continue shaking up the market to position JobTeaser as THE reference and THE thought leader on the recruitment and integration of young talents.
Your two main targets are HR and company executives, as well as the Career Services of schools and universities. Reporting to our Head of Brand & Communication, you will work closely with the rest of the Marketing team (Insights, Social, Art Direction, Video, Performance, and Events). You will also collaborate with the Product Marketing team and the Sales and University teams to ensure that you meet the real needs of our corporate clients and university partners.
Your missions:
Define the communication strategy and editorial guidelines with our Head of Brand & Com.
Coordinate the editorial committee to define the communication calendar, highlights, and angles to attract the attention of our targets.
Coordinate the production of (good) formats and format derivatives: articles, videos, interviews, newsletters, studies, guides, or public speaking. Collaboration with content freelancers is considered.
Develop relationships with industry experts and partners as contributors to our content formats and their distribution.
Coordinate our PR efforts
Work on the activation and distribution of this content, collaborating with creative, performance, and social media teams.
Ensure the tone of voice of JobTeaser on all productions for our B2B partners.
Act as a copywriter, using your writing skills when relevant.
Ensure, in collaboration with the Performance teams, accurate reporting of the results generated by communication actions.
Stay at the forefront of HR trends and challenges, as well as Gen Z, as they are the focus of our communication with clients.
Who are you? 🎯
5 years of experience in Communication, Communication Project Manager, PR, Content (experience in scale-up or agency environments is a plus).
Digital savvy. You enjoy both words and numbers, as well as digital tools. (And social events matter at JobTeaser.)
Genuine interest in HR, recruitment, talent development, as well as societal issues and trends, whether related to Gen Z or the future challenges of our world.
You have a way with words. Grammar, syntax, spelling – you excel in all three. We seek consistency in messaging and a light tone. You are also comfortable speaking, clear, and have the ability to simplify complex ideas without diluting them. Moreover, you know when a joke is good, and most importantly, whether it's appropriate or not.
You possess a strong brand sensitivity.
Your communication and organizational skills are recognized by all.
You thrive in complex environments and excel in cross-functional roles.
French is your primary language, and you are truly fluent in English.
Proficiency in German is a great asset.
