The Role

We are seeking a talented Brand Experience Designer to join our award-winning creative department, delivering top-notch projects for global clients. As part of our London-based team, you'll have the flexibility of hybrid working.

Key Responsibilities:

  • 3D Design: Create exceptional 3D designs from concept to completion, including consumer journey documents. Demonstrate expertise in space planning and a deep understanding of construction and assembly processes.
  • Producing high-quality renders: Utilize 3D visualization software, such as Cinema 4D, to produce high-quality renders. Create technical drawings and dimensioned specification packs to hand over to technical production and stand build companies.
  • Material & Method Expertise: Recommend materials and build methods that enhance the design and consumer experience.
  • Sell-in Documents: Prepare and present your own sell-in documents to support your designs.
  • Event Space Design: Concept and execute a wide range of event spaces, confidently building 360-degree brand experiences.
  • Visualization & Mood Boards: Produce excellent visualizations and mood boards to support your designs and ideas.
  • Client facing: Prepare and present 3D designs and visuals for existing or conceptual event spaces, ensuring they meet consumer needs and effectively communicate our vision to clients.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate closely with a talented team of creatives, designers, brand experience specialists, and production teams. Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, adapting to high-concept projects with minimal direction.
  • Technical Review: Brief, review, and approve technical designs to ensure they meet creative requirements.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of design experience, with a background in an integrated agency environment.
  • A strong portfolio of work that shows work with, global brands showcasing exceptional 3D design, ideation, and an eye for detail and craft.
  • Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., Vectorworks, Cinema 4D, 3DS max), Adobe Creative Suite, and excellent visualization skills.
  • A creative thinker willing to push design boundaries with an eye for detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Experience in events, hospitality, exhibitions, live events, and brand experiences is preferable.
  • Excellent skills in presenting to peers and clients, and the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • An in-depth understanding of a range of materials, fabrication, and assembly processes.
  • Highly collaborative, team player, and relationship builder.
