The platform streamlines payments for over 6 million Brazilians by consolidating credit and debit cards, instant payments like Pix, and Open Finance, on a mission to democratize mobile payments and financial services in Brazil.

Featuring services such as bill payments, mobile top-ups, public transportation, installment plans, and loans, designed with convenience, low cost and flexibility in mind. RecargaPay is changing the way both banked and unbanked Brazilians make their everyday payments and access their financial services.

We are looking for a talented and experienced Specialist Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating innovative and high-quality design solutions that meet the needs of our clients and business. You will be an expert in your field, contributing your design expertise to varied and challenging projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute advanced design concepts for a variety of medias and platforms;
  • Create and maintain design guidelines that ensure consistency and high quality across all projects;
  • Collaborate with product, marketing, and development teams to understand project needs and deliver creative and functional solutions;
  • Conduct research and market analysis to inform and inspire design decisions;
  • Produce prototypes and wireframes to validate concepts and designs before implementation;
  • Manage the design process from start to finish, including reviewing and presenting ideas to stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Designer, with a strong portfolio demonstrating advanced skills in graphic design, UX/UI, and product design;
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Sketch, Figma, and other relevant software;
  • Deep knowledge of interface design, user experience (UX), and usability;
  • Ability to create high-fidelity layouts and prototypes;
  • Experience working on complex and challenging projects with a user-centered approach;
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present and defend design ideas.

Desirable:

  • Experience with branding and visual identity design;
  • Knowledge of responsive design and accessibility;
  • Experience with advanced prototyping tools, and interactive design;
  • Ability to work in a dynamic, and agile environment.
