We are seeking a talented and strategic Brand Designer to join our team and support our design efforts for our multi-product brand across France, Benelux, and the DACH region. As the Brand Designer, you’ll be reporting to the Brand Design Lead and working closely to the Senior Brand Designer. Your mission will be to collaborate with the journey to take our brand to the next level through brave ideas and well-crafted designs.

You will play a crucial role in driving impactful marketing initiatives and 360-marketing campaigns through creative and strategic design across all touchpoints. In this role, you will collaborate closely with Marketing and Event, Product Marketing, Web, and People teams to create scalable design solutions that align with Internal and business goals and regional market needs.


What you’ll be doing:

Brand Design:

  • Maintain and develop our brand's visual identity across all platforms and materials to ensure consistency in all products and regions (France, Benelux, DACH).

  • Work with the Brand Design Lead to guard the brand's visual identity while balancing creative innovation with consistency.


360 Marketing Campaigns (Organic & Paid) :

  • Create visual designs for marketing campaign efforts, such as concept visuals, social media graphics, web elements, presentations, infographics, downloadables, and assets for product marketing campaigns, sales enablement, and events, including organic and paid media. Ensure all materials align with the overall brand and support key marketing objectives for each region.

  • Partner with Event and Marketing teams to design and deliver engaging offline marketing materials, including booth designs, event signage, and print collateral.

  • Collaborate with the marketing and growth teams to create cohesive and engaging 360-degree campaigns tailored to the Benelux, France, and DACH markets that ensure brand consistency and effectiveness.

  • Adapt designs for various channels, ensuring consistency in messaging and visual style.

Design for Scale:

  • Support the Brand Design Lead in creating scalable solutions, including templates and design systems that increase efficiency for the wider team.

Simultaneous Project Management:

  • Handle multiple design projects at various stages of development across different core markets while effectively managing timelines and expectations.

  • Prioritize workload effectively, ensuring all deadlines are met while maintaining high design standards.

  • You can forecast issues, ask the right questions of the teams, and provide solutions to future problems.

  • Take ownership and initiative on projects to develop a unique experience.

Collaboration:

  • Partner with the Brand Design Lead and Senior Designer to develop creative strategies and execute design projects.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Growth, Demand Generation, Product Marketing, SEO and Content, and the People Team, to support various initiatives, ensure cohesive design execution across all disciplines and projects, and suggest and generate creative ideas that might support and elevate the projects.
