Brand Designer

As a Brand Designer working with our marketing team, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to the visual identity of our brand within the context of the Indian Premier League.  Your role involves collaborating with the marketing, communications, and design teams to develop compelling and cohesive brand assets that not only resonate with our target audience but also capture the spirit and excitement of cricket. Your creative expertise and meticulous attention to detail will be instrumental in boosting our brand's recognition and engagement among sports fans and beyond.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement creative concepts and designs for an array of marketing materials, such as digital and print assets, social media graphics, presentations, infographics, and more, with a special focus on IPL 
  • Work in tandem with the marketing team to grasp project objectives and transform them into visually stunning designs that adhere to our brand guidelines while embracing the IPL theme.
  • Formulate and uphold brand guidelines to ensure a uniform brand presence across various platforms and mediums, particularly in contexts related to IPL.
  • Produce captivating visuals for marketing campaigns, product launches, events, and other promotional activities, with a keen eye on IPL-related promotions.
  • Collaborate closely with copywriters to craft visual concepts that effectively convey key messages and brand positioning.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends, design best practices, and technological advancements to introduce fresh, innovative ideas to the team, especially those that could enhance our IPL-related marketing efforts.
  • Engage with external agencies and vendors as necessary to fulfill larger design projects or incorporate specialized skills, focusing on IPL promotions and events.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field.
  • At least 2-3 years of proven experience as a brand designer, ideally within a marketing or creative agency setting, with a preference for those who have worked on sports-related projects.
  • A robust portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design skills, a strong grasp of branding and brand marketing projects, and a meticulous eye for detail. Your portfolio should have work related to Branding, Typography and Layout design.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software, such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), along with familiarity with Sketch or Figma.
  • A solid understanding of branding principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills, capable of juggling multiple projects simultaneously and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to design challenges, with a keen interest in staying updated on design trends, emerging technologies, and industry developments.
