Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Execute B2C Communication Strategy
  • Manage social media channels with engaging content and community management.
  • Launch impactful digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing and paid ads.
  • Oversee in-store communications with eye-catching POS materials and promotions.
  • Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.
  • Drive Customer Loyalty and Retention
  • Partner with the Membership team to cater to member needs and preferences.
  • Create targeted campaigns for various customer segments.
  • Analyse customer data to refine marketing strategies.
  • Contribute to successful customer loyalty programs.
  • Content Creation and Management
  • Craft compelling written and visual content for all communication channels.
  • Maintain a consistent brand voice and tone.
  • Manage the content calendar and workflow.
  • Collaborate with the design team for creative assets.
  • Project Management and Reporting
  • Plan, execute, and report on monthly marketing activities.
  • Manage budgets and resources effectively.
  • Present clear updates to senior stakeholders.
  • Track KPIs and measure campaign success.
  • Build Strong Relationships and Collaboration
  • Foster relationships with internal stakeholders across departments.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners.
  • Retail Marketing Expertise
  • Oversee point-of-sale materials for all retail stores.
  • Manage retail communications, including offers and in-store activities.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3-5 years of experience in B2C marketing communications.
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing campaigns.
  • Strong understanding of social media, content marketing, and digital advertising.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience with CMS and marketing automation platforms is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Creative and strategic thinker.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in brand management and retail marketing is a plus.
  • Budget management experience is a plus.

Location: This role is a Hybrid role based from our newly refurbished state of the art Head office in Tankersley

Salary: £40,000 to £50,000 dependant on experience

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday-Friday 08:00am-4:00pm or 9:00am-5:30pm Flexible
