About The Role

This full-time role reports directly to the Director of Customer Success and is based in Berkeley.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with potential customers through face-to-face interactions at local events, and client sites/stores
  • Promote Grabango technology and provide exceptional customer service and subject matter expertise as it relates to the app. 
  • Work as a positive team player to meet individual and team goals
  • Drive product adoption and onboarding 
  • Develop and maintain deep expertise in our solution from a user and architectural standpoint, and serve as a subject matter expert to demo, and educate clients.  
  • Understand client’s needs and offer feedback and solutions to everyday challenges
  • Ensure customer and partner onboarding is well planned and executed by being accountable for onboarding activities, working closely with our Implementation and Support teams
  • Learn about the benefits and services of our product to effectively educate customers
  • Attend/provide training several times a week on-site and at client sites

Requirements

  • You have a desire to contribute to a rapid-growth, high-potential start-up 
  • Customer service, sales or marketing skills 
  • Reliable source of transportation

Education & Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

Salary range: $60,000 - $75,000
