About the role
As a Country Activation Manager, you will translate our brand strategy into effective and engaging local campaigns. Your role will involve overseeing the execution of marketing activations, managing local partnerships, executing our presence on social media, managing our strategic PR plan and ensuring brand consistency across all channels. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and has a passion for managing projects in a fast-paced marketing environment. They should possess strong analytical skills, be proactive, and have excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

What can you expect to work on?

Execute and Manage Local Campaigns: Localize and implement marketing campaigns, partnering with brand and acquisition marketing channels and sales teams to deliver coordinated execution.

Go-To-Market (GTM) Activation for Product Launches: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market and activation plans for new product launches, ensuring successful market entry and consumer engagement.

Marketing Calendar Management: Own and manage the marketing and editorial calendar for your country, ensuring alignment with product category objectives, commercial initiatives and brand campaigns.

Social Media and PR Management: Lead the performance of Organic Social Media, Partnerships, and PR channels, focusing on key KPIs like reach and consumer engagement.

Content Strategy: Work with the Content Manager to develop and drive content strategies that align with the overall brand strategy.

Market Analysis and Insights: Partner with research teams to translate audience segments into actionable strategies.

Event Execution: Collaborate with the event manager to plan and execute local events, maximizing reach and impact.
What you bring:

BSc. degree in Marketing or a related field.
-
4+ years of experience in brand activation, preferably within a brand or agency setting.

Proven experience in leading campaign development and execution.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
-
Business-level fluency in English, native language German.
