Location - Anywhere in Dhaka

 

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee daily operations, ensuring the smooth running of the learning center.

2. Manage staff schedules, task distribution, and ensure accountability among team members.

3. Lead conflict and crisis mitigation efforts to maintain a harmonious work environment.

4. Ensure the security and proper maintenance of the center's floors and assets.

5. Approve purchases and manage inventory effectively to support operational needs

6. Supervise daily cash flow and conduct monthly budgeting to ensure financial health.

7. Perform regular business audits to identify areas for financial optimization and compliance.

8. Maintain comprehensive office records and archives, including accounts, student admissions, asset management, and attendance records for both teachers and students.

9. Coordinate with teachers to ensure educational excellence and student satisfaction.

10. Conduct performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development among staff.

Job Qualifications:

1. Bachelor’s degree from any UGC approved university in the country.
2. Proven track record of success in branch management, preferably in an educational or similar setting.
3. Previous experience in event or operations management will receive priority
4. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business audits.
5. Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.
6. Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
7. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational management software.
