Branch Manager - Chittagong

The primary responsibility of the Branch Manager is to ensure the enrollment and revenue generation of each center post-construction. This role is central to driving the achievement of enrollment targets and objectives, with a strong emphasis on both operational efficiency and revenue generation. The Branch Manager will be responsible for managing Admission Officers, driving enrollment, implementing and adhering to operational playbooks, managing and optimizing center performance, coordinating comprehensive reports, and overseeing all activities to ensure they align with the center's financial and educational goals.

Workdays - 6 days/week

Job Responsibilities:

  • Driving the overall business and growth for the branch by ensuring optimum service.
  • Reporting the performance and compliance metrics on a regular basis.
  • Managing the Admission Officers, while driving growth and ensuring the smooth running of the Learning Center.
  • Manage staff schedules, task distribution, and ensure accountability among team members.
  • Lead conflict and crisis mitigation efforts to maintain a harmonious work environment.
  • Ensure the security and proper maintenance of the center's floors and assets.
  • Approve purchases and manage inventory effectively to support operational needs
  • Supervise daily cash flow and conduct monthly budgeting to ensure financial health.
  • Perform regular business audits to identify areas for financial optimization and compliance.
  • Maintain comprehensive office records and archives, including accounts, student admissions, asset management, and attendance records for both teachers and students.
  • Coordinate with teachers to ensure educational excellence and student satisfaction.
  • Conduct performance evaluations to foster professional growth and development among staff.
  1. Bachelor’s degree from any UGC approved university in the country.
  2. Previous experience in driving sales will receive priority. 
  3. Strong understanding of financial management, budgeting, and business audits.
  4. Excellent leadership, conflict resolution, and crisis management skills.
  5. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with educational management software.
  6. Demonstrated ability to thrive in a highly dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
  7. Strong capability in executing tasks with speed and precision.
  8. Effective interpersonal skills to lead and inspire teams across various locations.
  9. Excellent problem-solving skills with the capacity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  10. Willingness to travel as required for the effective management of offline centers.
