EquipmentShare is searching for Transitioning Military Members and Veterans to Join Our Team at Rental Facilities Nationwide.
EquipmentShare is seeking maintenance, logistics, transportation, and operations professionals to our team at various locations across the US.
The open roles include Heavy Equipment Field and Shop Technicians, Heavy Equipment CDL Drivers, Telematics Installers, Dispatchers, Yard Technicians, Parts Assistants, and Rental Coordinators.
Primary Responsibilities
- Practice safe job practices for repairing, staging, or hauling equipment
- Use technology (laptops and tablets) comfortably
- Maintenance and repair of complex mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and diesel systems on a variety of rental and customer equipment and tools while using a high degree of independent judgment
- Maintain paperwork/electronic documentation of work performed (work orders) in a complete and timely manner on a daily basis
- Assist with pick-up and delivery of equipment & parts
- Be knowledgeable of OSHA requirements (preferred)
- Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are 100% satisfied with the level of service and support they are receiving from EquipmentShare.
- Keep customers up-to-date about new or additional ways in which EquipmentShare can help improve their business

Skills & Qualifications
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Must own tools applicable to position
- Advanced mechanical aptitude and working knowledge of tools
- Extensive knowledge of construction equipment with an advanced understanding of schematics and diagrams
- Superior customer service, teamwork and verbal/written communication skills
- Experience moving, transporting, or servicing heavy equipment machinery, aerial lifts, HVAC, Pumps or Generators
Education and Experience:
- High School diploma, Trade school certificate preferred
- United State Military Apprentice Program (USMAP) Construction Equipment Mechanic, Diesel Mechanic, Power-Plant Operator, Hydroelectric Machinery Mechanic (Utilities), Industrial Maintenance Mechanic, Refrigeration Mechanic certification preferred
- Held maintenance MOS, Rate, or AFSC preferred (15B, 91A, 91B, 91C, 91D, 91E, 91H, 91J, 91L, 91M, 91S, 91X, 91Z, AS, AZ, CM, EO, EM, EN, GS, HT, MM, MK, MR, 2A, 2A6X2, 3E, 3E090, 3E0X1, 3E1X1, 3E4X1, 1300, 1316, 1343, 1345, 2141, 2146, 2147, 2148, 3500, 3521, 3524, 3536, 6073, 6122, 6123, 6124, 6222, 6223, 6226,6227)
- Experience in field service, maintenance and repair preferred
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at time
