Why we're hiring:
To support the WPP O365 and Power Platforms, Box SMEs are required to provide technical and operational support on all troubleshooting issues in relation to Box environments across WPP and it’s opcos. In this role, you will work cross-functionally with enterprise collaboration teams, customer success, Power platform technical teams, and Business stakeholders to establish a shared vision and help them achieve their strategic goals.
What you'll be doing:
- Individual will be working as part of collaboration teams, helping to build high-quality deliverables Using BOX platform and support Office 365 teams extending BOX APIs connecting with Microsoft suite of products within WPP and It’s OpCos
- Act as a SME and point of responsibility for all BOX suite of products including BOX Cloud storage, Content cloud management, File sharing, Security & compliance, Integrations, developer tools and APIs.
- Requirements gathering, Analysis, design and development of content management systems and file storage solutions using BOX.
- Use BOX Shuttle to easily migrate your content into Box from more than 15 source systems, and maintain surrounding data like permissions, metadata, and version history.
- Find, organize, edit, share, sign, and classify content with BOX platform
- Build automated folder structures and content from various applications such as Office 365 suite of products, Power Platform and other applications widely used in WPP
- Build automated collaborative workflows using BOX relay resulting in enterprise workflow automation in the content cloud.
- Work with other members of the Office 365, Power platform team and other relevant stakeholders to maintain and enhance existing BOX solutions.
- Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in BOX Suite of products.
- Provide support and carry out troubleshooting, diagnosis and resolving problems received from the organisation.
- Monitor content usage with comprehensive reporting, protect sensitive data with robust access permissions and enforce application passcodes on mobile devices.
- Assist in maintaining best practice guidance on all BOX suite of products.
- Ensure organisation WPP IT policy (compliance/security) is adhered to with any request received.
What you'll need:
Required Technical Skill Set:
- The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience developing content management systems, File storage and extending BOX with APIs connecting with various third-party systems.
- Proven experience as a subject matter expert in BOX suite of products
- Experience in working with pre-built departmental workflow templates and custom-configured templates or creating workflows with BOX Relay's intuitive no-code builder.
- Working experience replacing FTP servers with BOX
- Familiarity with security policies, manage users and integrate with AD/LDAP for single sign-on (SSO) to facilitate simple and secure roll-out
- Ability to manage transfer of large files such as photos, enormous videos, and endless presentations.
- Basics of content management systems, cloud storage solutions and Design fundamentals
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Knowledge of best practices for maintaining information security
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive company information.
- Ability to translate technical jargon into layman’s terms for explanatory purposes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal)
- Excellent time management, problem solving and organisational skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team or individually on projects.
Must Have:
- Working experience building solutions using BOX platform and developing BOX service APIs connecting with Microsoft suite of products
Good To have:
- Experience working with any cloud content collaboration software
- Unlock the value of enterprise content using BOX AI along with Knowledge in scripting.
- Exposure to integrating BOX with Power platform solutions
- Relevant Certifications is plus
- Good ‘all-round’ understanding of the Microsoft M365 Environment (Azure, Azure AD, Office Packages, Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Security and Teams)
