MGR Accounting Recruiters, a Teamshares Network company, is searching for a temporary Bookkeeper for a client in San Antonio in the construction industry
Our client, a construction related company is seeking a skilled Bookkeeper/Payroll Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling the company's financial records, managing payroll, and leading invoicing.
Sage 100 experience is a must.
Duties:
- Perform bookkeeping and maintain accurate financial records
- Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable duties
- Process payroll and ensure compliance with tax regulations
- Conduct bank reconciliations and assist with budgeting processes
- Day to day general office management and coordination
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 5 years recent related Bookkeeping experience
- Proficiency in Sage 100 is a must
- Strong knowledge of in-house payroll processing for up to 75 employees
- Ability to perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate records
- Familiarity with general office management and clerical tasks
