Our interdisciplinary team includes Neurologists, Pediatricians, Nurse Practitioners, EEG Technicians, Counselors, Occupational Therapists, Speech-Language Pathologists, Behavior Therapists, Music Therapists, and more.
In this role, you’ll take the lead in overseeing clinical programming for patients receiving ABA treatment. You’ll support and guide a pod of Behavior Interventionists and Assistant Supervisors in making a real impact in a rapidly growing and innovative healthcare company.

Required Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Human Services or a related field.
- Current BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst) certification.
Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary (for 25 billable hours/week): $85,000 - $102,300

Salary + Bonus (for 30 billable hours/week): $98,200 - $115,500
- Up to $10,000 first-year bonus.

Bonus: $55 per additional billable hour, paid monthly.

PTO: 14 days during your first 12 months, increasing to 18 days after your first year, plus 8 paid holidays.
