Billing Support Intern - Italian Speaking

The Billing Support Specialist – junior is responsible for supporting billing activities in relation with CSA and MSA invoicing and transactional billing of reciprocating engines.
 
Key Accountabilities/ Execution:
  • Support billing activities for contractual and Field service-related transactions 
  • Assuring comprehension of the invoices and escalations, enabling smooth payments process 
  • Ensure on-time billing execution and billing accuracy 
  • Reconcile customer’s accounts 
  • Collaborate with multiple departments to solve any upcoming emergencies. 
 
Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Ongoing Bachelor or Master studies in Economics, Finance or Business Administration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Outlook
  • Fluent/strong command of Italian and English – both spoken and written
  • Ability to work min. 25 - 30 hours / week
  • Result oriented, strong attention to detail is a must
  • Strong communication skills, self-motivated, ability to establish and handle multiple priorities
  • Strong, passionate supporter of customer service excellence
  • Team player attitude
  • Self-starter, capable of working independently
